**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data. You’ll create dashboards, generate insights, and support management in making informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from SAP, Tally ERP, and other systems.
- Create and automate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Support inventory tracking and recommend optimizations.
- Streamline reporting and data collection processes.
- Collaborate with teams and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with SAP, Tally ERP, and Power BI dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
