_**Job Description for the role of MIS Executive -**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- To prepare & publish Agent Performance reports on a daily basis
- To prepare & publish floor production & performance reports on a daily basis
- To prepare & publish performance analysis reports on a daily/weekly basis
- To automate & ease MIS processes for the production floor using key MIS skills
- Active involvement into continuous data analysis & research to enhance floor performance
- Process orders & provide results as and when the program demands
- **Key skills**:_

Data Analysis, Ability to comprehend & present reports in a structured manner, Ability to explain reports with due references very well. Must have a very good understanding of various MS Excel Formulas, Charts, Diagrams, etc. and should be able to demonstrate the same.
- Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization)
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience as MIS Executive/MIS Professional for any International or Domestic Voice process (Preferably Sales/Collections) - but fulfilling the above mentioned job responsibilities.
- Salary:
Range: Rs. 20000 to Rs. 30000 per month
- **Additional(s)**:_
- 2 Weekly Offs in a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
