Job Description: MIS Executive (1-4 years of experience)

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.

2. Develop and maintain database systems to store and manage large volumes of information efficiently.

3. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

5. Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

6. Perform data cleansing and normalization activities to improve data quality and reliability.

7. Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data manipulation techniques to analyze and present data effectively.

8. Support the finance team in invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.

9. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in MIS and data analysis techniques.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. 1-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

4. Hands-on experience in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

8. Familiarity with invoice processing and understanding of finance-related processes.

9. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is a plus.

10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
