**Job Title**: MIS Executive

**Domain Preference**: Background Verification (BGV)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and business metrics
- Monitor and analyze data trends to support performance tracking and decision-making
- Create and automate dashboards and reports for internal use
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data input and timely report generation
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
- Support business planning through detailed data analysis
- Assist in optimizing reporting tools and processes for better efficiency

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel**:

- Experience with Power Query and Macros is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Background in **MIS, data analysis,** or related fields preferred
- Prior experience in the **Background Verification (BGV)** domain is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
