**We are seeking for an Order Processing Clerk to one of our client(Logistics) based in Saudi Arabia**

**Main Role & Responsibilities**:

- Planning and controlling of all product and packaging movements in close cooperation with Marketers & FFD.
- Preparation of booking.
- Updating Sales order.
- Creating DN with Batch Assignment
- Other assignments based on superior instructions.

**Additional responsibilities**:
**Preparation of booking**.

The booking Desk (Order Processing Clerk) consolidate the DBLI and make a summary in excel file. and do the following matching between DBLI and SAP system:
1. Check the material

2. Check the customer

3. Check the QTY

4. Check the destination

5. Check the Remarks

6. Check the requested ETD.

7. Check material Availability

**Updating Sales orders**:
1. Check the Ship to party if Matching with DBLI.

2. Check the Material if Matching with DBLI

3. Check the QTY if Matching with DBLI

4. Check the Destination if Matching with DBLI

5. Do the Pricing condition by Entering the ff:
I. Enter Marketer Price (this is based on the customer expected price) (ZPR2)

II. Enter Inland Freight

III. Enter Ocean Freight

IV. Enter SPC other

V. Enter Bap Bank Doc. Fee

Creating DN with Batch Assignment

1- (Order Processing Clerk) must create the DN once he received the booking immediately.

2- (Order Processing Clerk) he must Allocating the Batch in FIFO basis, but when Allocating OFF Grade

Material we need to follow the Nominated batches mention on the DBLI.

3- (Order Processing Clerk) need to check the Ship to party if Matching with DBLI.

4- (Order Processing Clerk) need to check the Material if Matching with DBLI

5- (Order Processing Clerk) need to check the Destination if Matching with DBLI

6- (Order Processing Clerk) need to do the Pricing condition by Entering the FF:
Enter Marketer Price (this is based on the customer expected price) (ZPR2)

Enter Inland Freight

Enter Ocean Freight

Enter SPC other

Enter Bap Bank Doc. Fee

7- (Order Processing Clerk) need to Create the Shipping Documents such as (PACKING LIST, COA,

SHIPPING INVOICE, COO, and other related shipping documents.

**Qualification and education Requirement**:

- A minimum of 5 years previous experiences of order processor.
- Knowledge in container terminal operations.
- Experience in people management.
- Safety training.
- Computer literate, especially
- SAP and MS-office
- Language - English

Inter-personal skills:

- Ability to cope with pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Good skills in Planning of orders.
- Ability to organize.
- Carefulness
- Teamwork ability
- Disciplined work

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
