**Job Description-**
- Handling the complete HR Process for the company and clients, ensuring efficient and complete operation with SOP’s.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interview and conducting background check.
- Effectively addressing and resolving complaints and staff satisfaction.Ensuring written correspondence strictly followed companies policies.
- Staying informed on regular in HR role, providing timely training to the staff.Monitoring daily report, optimizing daily metrics for increase team productivity.
- Maintaining personal records / files of all Officers and Staff.
- To prepare and send superannuation notice in advance i.e. before 6 months employees who are due to retirement to enable them to settle their legal dues.
- Oversea with the daily MIS to be shared with management.
- Communicating with Contractor for smooth function
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
