Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services needed for a company's operations, ensuring timely delivery by identifying reliable suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating favorable pricing and contract terms while adhering to company policies and legal requirements; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for purchasing activities within an organization. Key responsibilities of a Purchase Executive:

- **Supplier sourcing and evaluation**:Identify potential suppliers, research market options, and assess their quality, reliability, and pricing to find the best fit for the company's needs.
- **Negotiation and contract management**:Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contract details with suppliers to secure the most advantageous deals.
- **Purchase order processing**:Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- **Inventory management**:Monitor inventory levels, forecast future needs, and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Supplier relationship management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and proactively.
- **Market analysis**:Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product offerings to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Cost optimization**:Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, contract optimization, and exploring alternative sourcing options.
- **Compliance management**:Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- **Reporting and analysis**:Generate reports on purchasing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and budget tracking.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
