**Job Description - US Payroll Role _ SDM**

**Responsibilities**
- Managing daily deliverables
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Do regular performance evaluation
- Communicate with teams about their performance
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Should have handled min of 15 to 20 members in the past for TL and 50 to 60 members for Team Manager.
- Ability to work on a demand-driven environment / Flexible for shifts.
- Client handling / Interaction with clients on daily calls

**Requirements**:

- Able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.
- Excellent English communication skills, specifically written
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Experience in US Payroll
- Good Excel and reporting knowledge
- Location will be Hyderabad or Bangalore
