**Job Title: Telecaller**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound/Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries.
- Promote and sell products or services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any queries.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential leads through various sources such as databases, referrals, and social media.
- Engage with leads to qualify them for sales conversion or business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Address customer queries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's products or services and answer customer queries effectively.
- Offer relevant solutions based on the customer’s needs and preferences.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from customers about their experiences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.
- **Follow-up Activities**:

- Follow up with customers regarding unresolved issues or pending actions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
