We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain customer databases and update records of calls and feedback.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in [Hindi/English or other required language].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Confidence, patience, and a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
