**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services (Website Development, Software Solutions, Mobile App Development, etc.)
- Follow up on leads and maintain a regular database.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and direct queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain client records and update call details regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Good command of spoken and written English & Hindi.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and turn them into business opportunities.
- Should be disciplined, organized, and self-motivated.
- Must be a quick learner and adaptable to IT services and solutions.
