**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and telecalling scripts to ensure professionalism.
- Record and report call outcomes to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency in [mention languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
