We seek to hire an organized, energetic, and results-driven Female Client Relationship Executive who is responsible for building the relationship between our company and the client, helping to market our product/services and the planning and penetration of all areas within the client's organization.

Experience: 3 - 5 years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create qualified leads & achieve sales targets by working in collaboration with the sales team.
- Take initiatives that help in building a strong customer pipeline & thereby driving our Product sales.
- Create and deliver Product Presentations and Demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of our Product.
- Identify current & future customer service requirements by establishing bond with current & potential customer base.
- Be knowledgeable about competitors’ offerings and be able to articulate the advantages of our product versus theirs
- Review customer feedback from surveys to identify strengths and weaknesses in our product.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the technical team for future product enhancements.
- Support & partner with sales executives to plan, prepare & execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Suggest ideas/innovations that increase customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required; Preferably an MBA or related stream with 3- 5 years of Software Sales Experience.
- Familiar with tools like
- ZOHO CRM systems, salesforce CRM, subscription management tools, etc.
- In-depth understanding of the industrial supply chain management;
- Fluency in key sector domains, especially areas of increased client prioritization including: Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Risk & Regulatory, and Cloud.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- a good speaker and comfortable dealing with large sets of audiences in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
- Demonstrable ability to leverage pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
