Job Description: Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting overall customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
