Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Senior Executive, based in Tirunelveli. The CRM Senior Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, implementing retention strategies, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales initiatives. The role will also involve handling customer queries, analyzing customer insights, and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
