Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, engineering, etc.) to ensure project tasks are executed according to the project plan.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring that the project is on track, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of project goals across all stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and next steps.
3. Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) to ensure the timely completion of the project.
- Track resource utilization and ensure that resources are being used efficiently.
- Assist in managing and securing any third-party vendors or suppliers required for project execution.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, agreements, timelines, and status reports.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed and documented as per the project specifications.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and potential risks.
5. Quality Control & Risk Management:
- Work closely with the project manager to identify potential risks and issues that could affect the successful execution of the project.
- Help in implementing corrective actions to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards by coordinating testing and reviewing the final deliverables.
6. Budget & Cost Management:
- Assist in budget tracking and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
- Provide input on cost estimates, resource allocation, and any adjustments that may be required based on project changes.
- Help prepare and monitor project financial reports.
7. Client Interaction & Feedback:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback.
- Ensure that the client's vision is realized through the project, and facilitate adjustments as needed.
- Collect and incorporate client feedback to improve future project processes.
8. Post-Project Support:
- Assist in post-installation support and maintenance, ensuring that the installation functions as intended.
- Provide troubleshooting support and liaise with the technical team for any follow-up work after project completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Client Management: Capable of maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Educational Background: Graduate
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management in the technology, interactive media, or digital installation space.
- Experience working with interactive installations (e.g., touchscreens, motion sensors, augmented reality, virtual reality, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools is plus
- Understanding of technology-related concepts such as software development, hardware integration, and system deployment.
Job Location: Kandivali West
Working Days - 5Days
Working Hours - 10 am to 6pm
