Project Coordinator Intern - Role Description

**Position Summary**
The Project Coordinator Intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing advertising projects, with a primary focus on Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns. This role involves working closely with multiple departments, including creative, client services, and operations, to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, organization, and client communication.

**Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist in developing project timelines and task lists, and coordinate with team members to ensure that project milestones are met.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to facilitate team alignment and progress tracking.
- **Support Communication Across Teams**:

- Act as a liaison between departments (creative, operations, client services) to ensure smooth communication and address any bottlenecks.
- Help maintain clear and timely communication with clients, updating them on project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Resource Management**:

- Track project resources, such as materials, personnel, and budget allocations, to ensure all requirements are met for successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to procure materials or services as needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Document project progress, maintain files, and organize project-related documents to keep a comprehensive record of project activities.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations to update clients and management on the project status, KPIs, and key insights.
- **On-site Coordination for BTL Campaigns**:

- Support on-ground activities, such as event setup, promotional material distribution, and audience engagement to ensure seamless BTL campaign execution.
- Monitor on-site activities and report any issues to the project manager to facilitate quick resolutions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Help review project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency’s and client’s standards for quality and consistency.
- Assist with project post-mortems to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement in future campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to on-ground events or client sites.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
