Required Project Coordinator

Location: Santacruz

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to gather and understand their requirements.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical specifications.
- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development, testing, and other departments.
- **Budget and Risk Management**:

- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare project reports and present them to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, GitLab etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- **Certifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
