## Job Overview:
## Responsibilities:

- *Client Coordination:* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- *Requirement Analysis:* Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze project requirements and objectives, turning business needs into actionable development tasks.
- *Project Management:* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- *Resource Allocation:* Manage and allocate resources, including personnel and technology, effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- *Issue Management:* Utilize platforms like GitLab to track and manage issues, ensuring they are prioritized and resolved promptly.
- *Business Consulting:* Provide strategic advice to clients, aiding in the identification of technological solutions that align with their business goals.
- *Team Coordination:* Facilitate communication between the client and the development team, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- *Documentation:* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project plans, progress reports, and deliverables.

## Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management, especially within the IT or software development sectors.
- Profound understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proficiency with GitLab or similar project management tools.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to undertake a consultative role, guiding clients on technological best practices and solutions.

## Employment Details:

- *Office Hours:* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- *Weekends Off:* Promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- *Location:* Full-time, in-office position at our Santacruz West, Mumbai office.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
