**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
- Assist the project manager in developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements.
- Manage project documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate project resources and ensure availability for the project team.
- Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance on project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and document stakeholder meetings, and generate progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and team performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Supervise the project procurement process and manage project-related paperwork.
- Assist in risk management and issue resolution to keep the project on track.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
