**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of commercial projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**: Oversee all aspects of project execution, from client engagement to site management.

**Scope Review**: Analyze BOQs from clients and understand the scope of work through drawings and site inspections.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement project delivery plans in alignment with client requirements.

**Manpower Management**: Coordinate manpower deployment on-site, tracking progress against project schedules.

**Reporting**:Prepare and present project reports for both clients and internal management.

**Site Monitoring**:Conduct regular site visits to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. **Manage account receivables**: Generate timely running bills as per payment terms and finalize JMS reports for invoicing.

**Client Satisfaction**: Deliver high-quality service to enhance client satisfaction and drive key account retention.

**Qualifications Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.

**Skills: -**
- Strong understanding of construction and **commercial fit-out activities.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
