**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure adherence to

schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist the Project Manager in resource planning, budgeting, and

documentation
- Prepare progress reports, meeting notes, and project documentation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project execution and resolve

issues
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery

of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project

activities
- Travel to various project sites within Maharashtra as required

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate, preferably in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related

fields)
- 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management,

preferably in the engineering or construction sector
- Fluent in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Exposure to working with government projects or infrastructure development
- Knowledge of local regulatory and safety standards

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Joining**: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
