Oversee the documentation lifecycle: creation, review, approval, distribution, and maintenance of all process documents, including SOPs, work instructions, training manuals, and process maps.
- Implement and manage robust quality control processes for client documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify discrepancies or issues in documentation, ensuring compliance and resolving deficiencies.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance documentation quality and efficiency, integrating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage actively with clients to capture process requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive documentation, maintaining regular communication to ensure document quality and accuracy.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality control and documentation.

Develop and conduct training programs in collaboration with training teams, ensuring employees have access to current and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate documentation processes, change management, and control activities across various teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage a centralized documentation repository, ensuring organized, accessible, and properly archived documents with effective version control.
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver work with high attention to detail and accuracy, meeting assigned schedules.
- Lead special projects, including analytical and instrumental problem-solving, developing methods and procedures as needed.
- Maintain effective communication, providing comprehensive change control records and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
