**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage sales of lubricants through direct channels and distributor networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with garages, retailers, transporters, and industrial users.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Execute field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales reporting.
- Support distributors in order placement, stock planning, and branding execution.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Commerce/Engineering preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in lubricant sales or a similar industry (automotive oils, greases, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
