Looking for Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting shoppers in selecting the right products, answering questions, and providing recommendations. You will drive sales by establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, addressing queries and offering product recommendations.
- Maximize sales by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products.
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of product details, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked.
- Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment and product displays.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or issues professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and keep accurate records.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new product launches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
