**Job Description for Retail Sales Executive -Delhi**

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Retail Sales executive to help us build up our business activities. He will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase retail sales of cable and wire products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the retail sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to enhance brand loyalty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
