**YOUR ROLE**
As a Sourcing Team member, you will be required to provide support on all sourcing activities through tools, infrastructure, user training, reports, supplier and vendor handling requirements.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead the effort to build, improve, maintain and evaluate essential tools and infrastructure to support worldwide Sourcing support. Tools include, but are not limited to: Contract repository, spend analytics, and Sourcing Project Management.
- Act as administrator for Company's sourcing tool set. This includes administering, maintaining and improving the environment, and training users. It may also include managing third parties who assist with these tasks like software as a service cloud providers. Current technology stack includes
- Spend Visibility - SAP Ariba
- Contract Management - SAP Ariba
- Various knowledge management and collaboration sites - SharePoint sites
- Supplier Management System - ProcessUnity
- Act as the primary contact for issues and interface with secondary support from Ariba Customer service.
- Create and manage the enrichment rule set to improve the accuracy of Spend Visibility enrichment.
- Support the system training program for Sourcing and business customers using Sourcing and Supplier Management tools.
- Design and maintain training packages for the different tools and processes
- Manage training compliance.
- Develop reports, metrics and dashboards as required to monitor team efficiency and respond to ad hoc requests for information.
- Run and push out periodic reports such as:

- Savings
- Contract expirations
- Project list
- Rolling 12 month spend
- Supplier diversity
- Act as 'gatekeeper' for savings submissions.
- Provide assistance with managing the Supplier management program
- Track and manage Business Review status
- Track and manage SRM Training status
- Lead sourcing activities around Sourcing and Supplier Management tools

Additional responsibilities may include leading or supporting other sourcing and supplier management duties such as Sourcing Projects, SRM, or assisting with Supplier management governance.
