**About the job**

**Important Do's and Dont's.**
- Job Location: 42 Sprinkle, 80 Feet Rd, Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034.

Keen eye on design aesthetics & ability to communicate through design.
- You'll work to a brief agreement with the client, creative director or account manager and will develop creative ideas and concepts. The appropriate media and style has to be chosen to meet the client's objectives.
- The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
- Required to work closely with the sales and operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
- Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
- Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
- Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
- Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.

**Skills**:
Apart from technical and visual skills, you will need to show:

- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
- 3D visualization will be an added advantage.
- A flexible approach when working in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.

**Pre-Requisites**
- Diploma/Degree in 3D Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibition industries.
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max + Vray, Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.
- Salary: Best in the Industry

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
