**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role located in Bengaluru. As a Graphic Designer at Virgo Communications & Exhibitions, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working on a variety of projects, including designing marketing materials, event collateral, and digital assets to support the organization's diverse range of events and publications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop intuitive **web pages** with a focus on **User Experience Design (UED)**.
- Create eye-catching visuals for **social media** platforms, including **Insta Reels**, **YouTube videos**, and short promotional content.
- Design impactful **logos** and strengthen the **branding & identity** of our clients.
- Collaborate on **graphic design** projects across various media including print and digital.
- Work with the latest design tools like **Adobe Creative Suite**, **Adobe Illustrator**, **Canva**, and **Microsoft PowerPoint** to produce high-quality visuals.
- Ensure seamless execution of **digital printing** materials for event displays.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and **Canva**.
- Experience in **User Experience Design (UX)** and **Web Design**.
- Strong understanding of **branding** and **identity design**.
- Knowledge of **digital printing** processes.
- Video editing skills, particularly for **Instagram Reels**, **YouTube videos**, and short promotional clips.
- Competency in **PowerPoint** for **presentation design**.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the **exhibitions, events & publications** sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **brochures**, **web design**, **branding**, and **social media** content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and creative work
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience in creating visual content for both print and digital platforms
