Hiring for Creative Designer

**About the role**:
We are looking for a creative genius who can understand the segment and come up with great
Terrific designs to throw some colour in this monotonous industry. The position has the
potential to become creative director in the company and build and lead a team of designers to
deliver world-class products and branding to the global audience.
JD:
1) Build a creative website and landing pages for Lincode and other ancillaries(SMAARC)
of Lincode. (mandatory)
- Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
- Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
- Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
- Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in.
- Work closely with the web development team to bring the design to life and test the entire outcome.
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Keep the design elements dynamic and keep updating the website for every event or occasion.
- Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns
- Need to work with any third party software for landing page creation apart from regular creative software suite.
- Create terrific designs for the power point templates specific to manufacturing
- Create personas/characters to use across different formats.
- Well verse with adobe and other creative tools.

3) Lincode product UI/UX(mandatory)
Background: Lincode has core UI products built using AI and other full-stack tools. We have a team of AI data scientists, full-stack developers, IoT teams, hardware engineers working on our product delivered globally. You would be required to work with full team to work on designs and build the UX for the product.
**Detailed description**:

- Create prototype for product page
- Build wireframes using various tools and brainstorm with the team for final approval.
- Provide suggestions or feedback on the UX of the product.
- Provide final design to the UI team to use in the product.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and video creation tools
- Create videos and animations

**Other description(mandatory)**
- Involve in hiring the design team in the future
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Experience in leading a team of designers
- Experience in brainstorming with clients and SMEs for design feedback UX feedback.
- Be flexible in providing changes to the customers UX expectations.
- Be a strong team player.
- Guide and build a team of creative designers.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
- Be ready to travel globally if required for meeting customers onsite for design ideas and video shoots.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
