**JOB DESCRIPTION**

² Communicating with teams,Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs

² Design content & develop training programs(in house/outsourced) for employees

² Train New Joiners on Indiamart product & processes

² Track and report completion of training sessions

² Publish monthly/quarterly training reports

² Deliver training updates to the business

² Revise and update the content when required

² Design and develop the regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training

² Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis

² Should be aware about BPO training matrices, TNA, TNI, Attrition, NHT/PKT Refresher

**Requirements**:
² Effective and Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills

² Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT

² Laptop/System required with good internet Connection

² 6 days working & Sunday Fixed Off

² Hybrid Model(3 days WFO & 3 days WFH)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Trainer: 1 year (required)
