**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Trainee to join our marketing team and assist in growing brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
**- Content Creation**: Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product descriptions, and digital content for social media and websites.
**- Customer interaction**: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
**- Data Analysis**: Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess performance and improve future efforts.
**- Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, R&D, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**- Event Coordination**: Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.

**- Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
