**Position Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Trainee**
**Location: Kalwa**
**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Trainee to join our marketing team and assist in growing brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research**:Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
**2. Content Creation**: Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product descriptions, and digital content for social media and websites.
**4. Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
**5. Data Analysis**: Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess performance and improve future efforts.
**6. Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, R&D, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**7. Event Coordination**: Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
