Ocean Clicks is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inbound Sales Specialist with **EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS** to join our fast-growing team. **WORK FROM OFFICE**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound sales calls from clients inquiring about products and quotes professionally and persuasively.
- Provide product and service information to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Close sales by actively promoting and upselling our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.**:
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
