About Us:
Aron Foods a dynamic and fast-growing brand specializing in high-quality dehydrated vegetables, spices, and seasonings, is seeking a driven International Sales Manager to expand our global footprint. We offer a range of premium products, including masala seasonings and innovative food, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow presence across global markets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and retailers worldwide.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while optimizing sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international sales (preferably in the food industry).
- Strong network of global contacts and knowledge of international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different cultures and markets.
