As a Product Owner in the team, you will be working closely with Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing, and HR teams on multiple data and business-driven projects. It is a high-visibility and constantly evolving role that requires continuous learning and the ability to multitask across different teams.
- Able to understand the business requirement and write user stories
- Need to understand the technical systems & able to help the scrum team understand technical requirements
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic envisioning to closure as a BA/PO.
- Identify and drive opportunities to enhance user experience
- Engage with users and turn user insight into product improvements
- Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs and associated timelines to direct the work of a delivery team
- Define, explain and iterate a product vision that is compelling to users, internal team, and stakeholders
- Sprint Planning
- Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data-driven decisions.
- Define the product user problems/pain points, identify the right solution and provide actionable insights.
- Work with Tech/Engineering teams to build and maintain the business analytics ecosystem of the organization.
- Work closely with the leadership team to define, track and measure key business goals/metrics for the organization.
- Prior experience in HR domain apps (preferred)

Job Requirement
- Bachelors in Engineering or Bsc (comp) or Msc (comp).
- A postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and prior experience in business teams are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving ability with competent analytics capability is a must for this role.
- Proficiency with Excel, Balsamic, Azure, and Figma (mandatory)
- Excellent critical thinking skills backed by clear verbal and written communication.
- Additional preferred knowledge in MySQL, Python, Javascript

**Salary**: ₹660,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
