Product Owner

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and prioritize development /customization and feature backlog.
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria for Stories with feature specifications and ensure that developers /QA team clearly understand the requirements.
- Assess value prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy and business priorities.
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as product functional expert internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Educational Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Adminstration from a reputed institute.
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Define roadmap, planning and communicate with stakeholders/Scrum team throughout the project
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with Scrum master and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business priorities
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
Skills Required:
- Five or more years of experience as a product owner
- Salesforce product implementation Product owner experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions of Sales, Service.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
