Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Product Owner** to join our growing team. This role requires someone who not only understands product ownership in agile environments but also brings **strong expertise in business analytics** to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

As a Product Owner, you will own the vision and roadmap for our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and customer-centric solutions. Your analytical acumen will be instrumental in shaping product features that are aligned with business objectives and user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and define the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Gather, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with a clear focus on delivering business value
- Leverage your business analytics experience to interpret data, identify trends, and inform product decisions
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to guide product development
- Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality product releases
- Monitor product performance and use data to iterate and optimize
- Present updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly

**Required Qualifications**
- **Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 3 years)**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proven ability to drive product development from concept to delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
- Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
