**The Role**: Product Owner
**The Location**: Hyderabad
**The Team**: We are seeking a Product Owner with project management and business analysis experience to join one of our Agile Scrum teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Participates in the scoping of proposed improvements, and works with Content Managers, Product Managers, or other Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications.
Works to mitigate risk while leading tasks, resources, and changes.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on limited experience and discernment to plan and accomplish goals.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
Manage agile development process and prioritize backlog items.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Plan and coordinate product launches and drive adoption.
Track and analyze product performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**:
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar in a technical environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile development environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.
Familiarity with product management tools, such as AzureDevOps, JIRA, TFS etc.
Business acumen and the ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working in large, global teams
An understanding of Agile methodologies
Understanding of the Upstream sector in oil and gas industry is a plus
