**Job Summary**: The Personal Secretary provides high-level administrative support to an executive or senior manager. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
