**Role Overview**
We are looking for a highly driven, exceptionally bright, and dynamic Personal Secretary to support senior leadership. This role demands more than just administrative support—it requires someone who is proactive, intelligent, and able to act as an extension of the leader’s intent and priorities. You will be entrusted with critical information, strategic schedules, and sensitive communications, often operating under mínimal guidance and tight deadlines.
You must possess an innate ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with grace, and execute tasks with precision and discretion. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal assistance support as required, maintaining professionalism across both business and personal tasks.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and with efficiency and foresight.
- Prepare briefings, talking points, reports, and presentations ahead of meetings.
- Act as the gatekeeper for incoming communication—screening, prioritizing, and responding on behalf of leadership as required.
- Handle highly confidential and strategic information with absolute discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and engagements across time zones.
- Track and follow up on action items from meetings and communications.
- Serve as liaison between senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of special projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
**Preferred Profile**.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong command over written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of business priorities and stakeholder management.
- Impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize with agility, and operate under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, calendar tools, and modern workplace software.
- High integrity, maturity, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- A calm demeanor, cheerful disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
