**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
**Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and other resources.**
**Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.**
- **Prospecting and Outreach**:
**Initiate contact with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.**
**Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.**
**Engage prospects through personalized communication and tailored messaging.**
- **Appointment Setting**:
**Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads.**
**Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.**
- **CRM Management**:
**Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.**
**Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.**
- **Collaboration**:
**Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help improve products or services.**
- **Target Achievement**:
**Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline development targets.**
**Continuously improve lead qualification processes to enhance the overall sales funnel.**
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**:
**2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.**
**Experience in B2B sales or working with AI based products, SaaS, IT, or staffing companies is a plus.**
- **Technical Skills**:
**Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.**
- **Sales and Communication**:
**Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.**
**Persuasive and consultative selling skills to build trust with potential clients.**
- **Soft Skills**:
**Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and time management.**
**Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.**
**Strong research and analytical skills to understand prospects and their industries.**
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**
**Familiarity with lead generation strategies for AI based products, IT staffing, SaaS, or managed services industries.**
