**Invoice Processing & Verification Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Processing**:

- Receive and review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies.
- Accurately enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather any necessary supporting documentation or approvals.
- **Verification and Approval**:

- Conduct thorough verification of invoices to ensure legitimacy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, working closely with vendors and internal teams.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of all processed invoices and related documents.
- Generate and distribute reports summarizing invoice processing status, outstanding payments, and other relevant metrics.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Communicate professionally with vendors to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline communication and ensure vendor compliance.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the invoice processing lifecycle.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or a similar financial role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Job Location - **CST FORT / Churchgate**
Time**:

- 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.**
Working days**:Monday to Saturday**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
