A. Review daily gate entry and make reconciliation for checking completeness and correctness of goods receipt note

B. Receive all incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.

C. Timely making of GRN in ERP and forwarding bills to account on daily basis.

D. Report and document any discrepancies or issues with received materials.

E. Receive Job-work material in system against delivery chalan and verify each chalan for completeness.

F. Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per regulatory requirements for the transportation of goods.

G. Prepare Delivery Challans for materials sent for job work, trial purposes, or any non-sales dispatch.

H. Ensure that all dispatched materials are accompanied by accurate and compliant domestic sales invoices.

I. Document and manage the dispatch of scrap materials, including preparing relevant documentation

J. Verify material quantities by converting measurements from kilograms to unit numbers where applicable. (Material Conversion Ratio)

K. Ensure all materials are properly labeled with accurate information, including batch numbers, and destination.

L. Identify optimal storage locations and ensure materials are properly arranged and stacked in racks for easy access and inventory control.

M. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Stock reports.

N. Preparation of Reconciliation file for job work material (Outward and Inward)

O. Co-Ordination with Job Work suppliers for timely receiving job work material.
