**Job Description: Store Executive**

**Responsibility of Materials handling, receiving goods, processing documentation, tracking as well as distributing**

**materials.**

**Entire store activities material receipt, prepare GRN, proper arranging materialism the store &keep records.**

**Work in ERP (SAP MM Module) system knowledge**

**Responsibility of maintain the Inventory tracker and FIFO, FEFO bin cards.**

**Prepare self-life reports monthly basis.**

**Materials issue to production line as per requirement.**

**Managing the Annual Inventory counting, Reconciliation and PID posting in specified time limit.**

**Maintain FIFO, FEFO, LIFO and 5s in Warehouse.**

**Maintain proper location for materials, monitor material movement received from internal plants and different**

**Vendors and ensure accident-free materials flow.**

**Preparation of returnable & non-returnable gate pass.**

**Prepare KAIZEN reports monthly basis. (Reduce cost)**

**Materials inward, unloading, unpacking, and bay allocation activity.**

**Material issuing with system &physical.**

**Prepared monthly metrics reports as required by the logistics department.**
