- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports, and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
