New Hire Onboarding
Offboarding
Open Enrollment & Benefits
Payroll Processes
Absence & Time Management
Talent Management
Learning & Development
Collaboration:
Work with HR team and stakeholders to gather information.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement during documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with OracleHRIS.
Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Work Model
Ability to work with offshore teams and manage time zone differences
