Location : Offshore (India)
Work Exp : 8 + Years ( 4-5 years as a BA)
**Responsibilities**:
- Requirement Gathering:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs and project timelines.- Business Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to capture business requirements.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.- Test Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure testing coverage aligns with business requirements.
- Monitor testing progress, identify defects, and track resolution through to closure.- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, issues, and risks.
- Address stakeholder feedback and incorporate changes into project deliverables.- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, test plans, and test results.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation adheres to organizational standards and best practices.- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM systems and testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, functionalities, and business processes.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, business analysis methodologies, and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and/or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with latest version of Oracle CX CRM concepts and processes.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
