Job description The Business Analyst Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering validating communicating and coordinating requirements for Retail Banking Products Cards Loans Mortgage products Key Responsibilities 3 years of Business Data Analysis experience Good Understanding of Retail banking products Cards Loans Mortgage products Experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst or similar role Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile Waterfall and Scrum Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Mid level SQL knowledge Prior experience on Oracle and Sybase is added advantage Should have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts ETL process Ability to understand explain domain concepts to Developers Testers Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyze finalize and receive formal sign-off s from approvers Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams Work collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications Candidate s profile Experience 3 to 12 yrs Skill Business analyst SQL Retail banking only global banking exp Location chennai Bangalore Pune Mumbai Notice Period Immediate to 30 days Max 45 days If serving Notice Period Mandatory Certificate IIBA - AAC CCBA CBAP mandatory as per policy for the project
