**Role description**:
**Retail Technology Solution Architect**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration (preferably AWS/Azure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and propose modernization strategies.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- **Retail Domain Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of retail processes, challenges, and business models.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, SCM, ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
- **Cloud & Digital Transformation**: Proven experience in cloud migration and transformation (preferably AWS/Azure).
- **Leadership & Collaboration**: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work across diverse stakeholder groups.
- **Problem Solving**: Adept at identifying and resolving complex technical and business challenges.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
